30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
- Not satisfied with your tea? We offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery
- Unopened products can be returned in their original packaging for a complete refund
- Opened products are eligible for a refund if there is a quality issue — we stand behind every tea we sell
How to Return
- Email support@hou-tea.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Return shipping costs are covered by us for defective or incorrect items
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal)
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
Exchanges
- Want a different tea instead? We're happy to exchange
- Contact us and we'll arrange the swap — same process as a return
Damaged or Wrong Items
- Received a damaged or incorrect item? Contact us immediately
- Please include a photo of the issue — we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
