30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Not satisfied with your tea? We offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery
  • Unopened products can be returned in their original packaging for a complete refund
  • Opened products are eligible for a refund if there is a quality issue — we stand behind every tea we sell

How to Return

  • Email support@hou-tea.com with your order number and reason for return
  • We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  • Return shipping costs are covered by us for defective or incorrect items
  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal)
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

Exchanges

  • Want a different tea instead? We're happy to exchange
  • Contact us and we'll arrange the swap — same process as a return

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • Received a damaged or incorrect item? Contact us immediately
  • Please include a photo of the issue — we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
