Gongfu Method

For a more concentrated experience, use a gaiwan or small Yixing teapot. Increase the leaf-to-water ratio and shorten steep times, starting from a quick rinse and gradually increasing with each infusion. This method reveals the tea's evolving character across multiple steeps.
